The confirmed fabric-care guidance
SkeleGoose has confirmed that its goose clothing uses recycled polyester fiber made from recycled plastic and that the fabric clothing can be machine washed. This guidance refers to the clothing fabric. It does not establish that every separate ornament or accessory is machine washable.
Check the accessories first
Some designs include bells, necklaces, hats, scarves, bows or decorative props. Check the item instructions or contact the store about which parts should be removed before washing. A straw hat and a fabric dress should not automatically be treated as the same material.
Do not guess the washing settings
A universal water temperature, machine cycle, spin speed or tumble-drying instruction has not been confirmed for every set. Follow the care label supplied with the item. If it does not answer your question, ask before selecting a setting.
Keep track of the set
Before separating pieces, note which accessories belong to the outfit. After cleaning, check that all parts are present before putting the costume back on the statue or packing it away. Store the instructions with the set for next season.
Buying with easy care in mind
Read both the material statement and the package contents. Machine-washable fabric is useful information, but it is not a waterproofing claim or a promise about every trim. This guide is care guidance, not a laboratory washing test or demonstration of the illustration shown.
